Information, not advice
Website content describes a non-medical companionship service and is for general information only. We do not provide medical, nursing, clinical, legal, or financial advice through this website. In an emergency, call 999. For urgent non-emergency health concerns, call NHS 111.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry or booking a complimentary consultation does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Please do not send detailed medical information through the website form. Sensitive information can be discussed securely by phone or in person.
Service information
Prices may be reviewed from time to time. We will give at least 4 weeks' written notice of any change. Enquiries and website information do not create a service contract.
Privacy and service providers
We use Vercel for website hosting, Web3Forms for submitted enquiries, and Apple iCloud for business email. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or UK adequacy regulations are used where applicable.
We do not make decisions about you using automated processing or profiling.
Content and links
Text, photographs, logos, and design belong to The Village Companion or are used with permission. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are not controlled by us.
Liability and governing law
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
